Customer in Swanley, Sevenoaks, Kent required a new boiler installation. They wanted to have their existing cylinder removed and a combination boiler installed.
We installed a Vaillant ecoFit Pure 830 in the loft.
Qualified roofer carried out the vertical flue roof work and weather slate.
We connected onto the existing flow and return, and reconfigured the pipework in the airing cupboard.
Ran new hot and cold supplies to the boiler. All pipework was ran in copper.
Boiler protection kit was fitted along with a scale reducer and shock arrester.
A Hive Active Heating programmable room thermostat was installed.
Boiler comes with 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.
