At Everest Heating & Plumbing, our full annual boiler service includes:

✅ Condensate trap inspection
✅ Flue gas analyser test
✅ Visual safety checks
✅ Expansion vessel pressure check (especially important after 4 years)
We’ll also check your system inhibitor levels to help protect against sludge build-up. This can be topped up at a small additional cost if needed.
