Qualified electrician brought in to wire heating controls and boiler.
HIVE programable room thermostat installed.
Kinetico SuperSoft water softener installed in utility room.
No plastic pipework used – only copper.
Boiler comes with 10 years’ parts and labour manufacturer’s warranty.
