New Vaillant ecoFIT Pure 418 installed. Boiler comes with 10 years’ manufacturer’s warranty.
Magnetic filter installed to protect boiler.
Gravity-fed hot water system was removed and converted to an unvented setup. Scale reducer fitted.
New Gledhill StainlessLite 200 litre cylinder fitted.
New Grundfos pump and valves fitted.
All new radiator valves fitted.
Heating system was power flushed.
3 port Y plan setup removed and converted to an S plan. 2x Honeywell zone valves fitted.
No plastic used – only copper pipework.
