Existing heat-only boiler and gravity hot water cylinder removed.
Vaillant 624 ecoTEC Plus boiler installed in same position. Boiler comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty.
New boarding laid in loft for a Gledhill unvented cylinder to be fitted.
New flow, return and hot pipework ran from landing ran into loft.
A new mains pipe was moled from the external water mains. New 25mm poly ran into garage. 22mm copper pipe ran from garage to loft, for correct water flow rate.
All new heating controls fitted in loft. Honeywell zone valves, filling loop and pressure gauge fitted.
Monarch water softener installed with isolation valves and bypass fitted.
Qualified electrician wired all heating controls & HIVE thermostat.
All new Altecnic radiator valves fitted, along with TRVs and L/S
System was power flushed.
