New gas supply ran from gas meter.
New 25mm MDPE pipe ran from water meter into property for better mains flow rate.
Vaillant 625 ecoTEC Plus installed in loft with vertical flue and magnetic filter fitted. Boiler comes with 10 years’ manufacturer’s warranty.
Vaillant 200l uniSTOR Heat Pump unvented cylinder installed.
Monarch water softener installed due to excessive hard water area.
Continal underfloor heating installed in new extension.
White three-column radiators installed in bedrooms, lounge and hallway.
No plastic pipework used on heating or hot water system – only copper used.
