Vaillant ecoTEC Plus Combi Boiler Installation – New Barn

A boiler replacement and heating system upgrade was carried out for a customer in New Barn, near Longfield, Kent.

Removal & Preparation:

• The old Potterton Suprima heat-only boiler was removed, along with the hot water cylinder and cold water tanks, as part of the conversion to a combination boiler.

Boiler & Heating:

• A new Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 combination boiler was installed.
• A magnetic filter, shock arrester and limescale reducer were fitted.
• All radiator valves were replaced, with TRVs fitted throughout.
• The heating system was power flushed using a chemical cleaner and high-strength magnets.
• The new boiler comes with a 10-year parts and labour manufacturer’s warranty.

Controls:

• A Hive programmable room thermostat was installed.
