En-Suite Bathroom Installation – Upchurch

A customer in Upchurch, Sittingbourne wanted to increase the size of their en-suite bathroom to create a more modern, practical space.

To achieve this, we removed the existing landing cupboard wall, allowing the en-suite to be extended and fully reconfigured.

Structural & Preparation Work

• Complete removal of the landing cupboard wall
• All plasterboard stripped back
  Waterproof cement board installed around the shower enclosure
• Green moisture-resistant boards fitted throughout the remaining areas

Plumbing & Heating

• New pipework installed and rerouted to suit the new layout
• Heating pipework repositioned for a cleaner finish

Finishing Works

• Bathroom ceiling re-plastered and painted
• Fully tiled bathroom for a modern, hard-wearing finish
• Comfort-height toilet, non-slip shower tray & bar mixer shower fitted

Electrical & Flooring

• Qualified electrician installed LED downlights and extractor fan
• Polyflor Camero LVT flooring professionally laid

The result is a larger, brighter, and more practical en-suite, finished to a high standard with durable materials designed for long-term use.
