All existing tiles and bathroom suite removed. Boxing-in area reconfigured to allow for a longer bath to be installed.
Soil stack was reconfigured so the toilet could be repositioned.
Qualified electrician brought in to install the new LED downlight and a power supply for the HiB Exos illuminated mirror cabinet. An extractor fan was core drilled out and fitted.
Ceiling overboarded, plastered and painted.
Backer boards were fitted in bath area.
ARMERA 3-way shower valve installed. Pipework reconfigured in airing cupboard. A rain head, handset, and bath overflow filler was piped up.
Heating pipework reconfigured into the wall for the new Gun Metal designer towel rail and valves.
New flooring WBP board installed and LVT Polyflor Camaro flooring laid.
Whole bathroom was tiled.
Vanity and toilet units fitted with all-in-one sink and top.
Allure Inward 8mm hinged bath screen fitted.
All pipework installed was copper – no plastic used at all.
