Boiler installation carried out for a customer in the centre of Swanley, near Sevenoaks, Kent.
The existing oil boiler was removed, along with the direct unvented Gledhill cylinder and redundant pipework.
A new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 824 was installed, with a vertical flue and weather slate.
A scale reducer, shock arrester and magnetic filter were fitted.
All new radiators were installed, including a new vertical flat panel radiator in the kitchen.
The heating system pipework was power flushed using a chemical cleaner and high-strength magnets, and a Grundfos condensate pump was installed.
The boiler comes with a 10-year manufacturer’s parts and labour warranty.
A Hive programmable room thermostat was also installed, which can be controlled from a mobile device.
