Boiler installation carried out for a customer in Erith, Kent.
The existing heat-only Ideal boiler was removed.
A new Vaillant ecoTEC plus 830 was installed.
The cold water storage tank was removed, with the system converted over to mains supply, and the hot water cylinder was removed, with pipework reconfigured accordingly.
The new boiler had a shock arrester, scale reducer and magnetic filter fitted.
A new external condensate pipe and soakaway were installed.
New Honeywell radiator valves and TRVs were fitted throughout.
The boiler comes with a 10-year parts and labour manufacturer’s warranty.
