Complete rip-out of existing bathroom, including plasterboard. Over boarded the ceiling, plastered and painted. Around the bath area, Aquapanel boarding was used for waterproofing the walls. Fully tiled bathroom.
Qualified electrician fitted downlights and a new extractor fan unit fitted in the loft for extra pull of condensation. Mood lighting LED strip light fitted underneath the vanity unit.
Reconfigured hot and cold pipework, and towel rail pipes.
House of Piccadilly brushed brass shower valve installed, with fixed rain head, hand set, and bath overfiller.
Second fix carried out with wall-hung vanity unit and brushed brass towel rail fitted.
LVT Polyflor laid on floor.
